General Ingame Rules
These rules apply inside of the ingame server
No account sharing:
All players are required to link their Discord to their Minecraft account. Players found sharing accounts in different gangs to receive payouts will be banned for the duration of the season.

Misuse of Helpop/Report:
Using /helpop or /report for anything other than to get assistance from the staff team will result in a punishment.

No IRL trades:
The purchase of in-game items for money in real life, and vice versa, is not allowed.

Season bans and Player DQs:
Players may be banned from playing a season of Delta KitPvP or disqualified from competing for payout at the discretion of the Content Manager, Community Manager or Owners. We will not tolerate any form of kill boosting or cheating to gain an advantage over other players. When money is on the line, we want all players to have an even chance against each other to grind out the top kits and kills.

Ingame Mutes
These rules apply inside of the ingame server
No spamming:
This includes spamming characters, spamming a string of characters and flooding chat.
Examples:
- Repeatedly sending the same/similar phrase in quick succession
- Sending the same/similar phrase over a prolonged period of time
- "helooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo"
- "sfsjhbjhdsgdbgjhb"

No DDoSing/Doxing:
The act of releasing private, sensitive or revealing information is doxing, and we have a 0 tolerance policy against it. DDoSing is the same. This includes joking about doing either of the two. Making joke doxxes, even with permission from the person who you are making it about, is still punishable. All situations will be handled on a case by case basis and all evidence regarding it must be submitted in a Senior Staff Support ticket within 72 hours of the event.

No bigotry:
Although chat is not regulated, we do not allow the use of racial slurs in chat or in gang names (see Inappropriate Gang Name).

No Advertising:
Advertising other Minecraft servers is not allowed anywhere.
This includes but is not limited to: The use of custom titles, public chat, gang chat, private messages between players. Advertising other servers will result in a mute, leading to a ban for repeat offenders.
Examples:
- "Come join this.deadserver.net"
- "play.deadserver.net"

Extreme toxicity and Harassment:
If you are found to be excessively toxic to players for reasons outside of the game you will be punished. This means repeat offences after warnings from any rank level of staff. This will follow the No Bigotry timeline.

In extreme cases of harassment, under any context, the punishment will be at the discretion of the Senior Staff Team. This could range from a mute to a blacklist.

No suspicious links:
If you are caught sending suspicious links to players (pornographic, gore, general discomfort) you may be either muted or banned depending on the severity of the link.

Ingame Bans
These rules apply inside of the ingame server
No Evading Bans:
Evading bans using an alt or by other means is not allowed.
  • Any player found evading will have their ban extended to the next offence duration (e.g Map glitching: 7d ban extended to 14d ban)

No cheating:
Cheating is the use of illegal modifications to gain an advantage above other players. If caught cheating, you will be banned until next season reset. Hacks considered ‘Non-Malicious’ will still fall under the same punishment timeline. Logging onto the network on a client still breaks this rule and you will be punished. If an SS staff has reasonable suspicion of a player closet cheating they can at their own discretion freeze said player.

No map glitching:
Map glitching is the act of exploiting a kit to leave the arena whilst in combat or to evade being put into combat. If caught map glitching, the punishments are as follows:

No inappropriate gang names:
While chat isn’t heavily moderated we do not tolerate bigotry and the use of slurs in global chat or in gang names. A general rule of thumb is that if it cannot be said in chat it cannot be a gang name. If a gang has an inappropriate name (decided at all staff discretion), the gang leader will be punished and their gang disbanded.

No ‘kill feeding’/boosting:
Boosting is the act of letting an alt be killed to higher and benefit the main account. This is strictly not tolerated. This includes event boosting. Being caught boosting will result in both parties being banned for the current gang season and both will be disqualified for any payout.

No kit-mixing:
Abusing a bug to mix kits whilst in the arena will result in a ban on a case by case basis, depending on the length of time abused, amount of kills earned and position on Gang Top furthered.

No botting the network:
Using accounts to flood the network will result in an immediate IP ban.
